By accessing plumbers-ai.com or using any service provided by Plumbers AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Plumbers AI provides AI-powered business tools for plumbing professionals, including:
AI Receptionist service (LeakCapture) — automated call answering, lead capture, and appointment scheduling
Reputation Management — Google review monitoring and response automation
Google Business Profile Setup and optimization
Services are provided on a subscription basis:
AI Receptionist (LeakCapture): $497/month + $750 one-time setup fee
Reputation Management: $197/month
Google Business Profile Setup: $200 one-time fee
Payments are due monthly on the billing date. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
By using our services and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS and voice communications related to your service account. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.
All content, branding, software, and materials on plumbers-ai.com are the property of Plumbers AI / Affordable Comfort and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbers AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
